Good to know

What if I close onboarding before it finishes? Onboarding resumes where you left off. The current step is kept in the URL, so you can reopen it and continue.

What if Ellie cannot read my repository? In Understand, you can use Retry. If Ellie reports that it couldn’t access the repository, check that the Ellie Docs GitHub App has access to it.

What if writing finishes with no drafts? Use Go to project and re-run writing from the project. If it keeps happening, reply to any Ellie Docs email.

Why can’t I create another project? Projects are limited by plan: Free 1, Starter 1, Growth 3, Scale 10. If you hit the limit, creation fails with: The <Plan> plan includes N project(s) — upgrade to add more.
